The BBBEE Status of Siyakhula Trust ETD Institute

The Siyakhula Trust ETD Institute Pty Ltd is owned by Siyakhula Trust.

The Trust has made 49% of the shares available to its key staff members. As such 95% of the Institute is black owned.

In the event of dividends being declared to shareholders, 51% of any dividends will be allocated to Siyakhula Trust to enable it to extend its work with disadvantaged communities and projects. This income stream will contribute to the sustainability of the Trust.
